I booked this hotel because of the shuttle but had to wait almost an hour for it to pick me up from the airport. No coffee available in the rooms and very expensive if you have it at the restaurant.

Comfortable and convenient to the airport. Not a full service hotel. Restaurant had really good food at reasonable prices. The restaurant staff was very good and friendly. The room was very clean, the bedding was excellent and the bathroom was spotless but not well stocked. Hotel shuttle is smaller that it should be, but it ran on time and was adequate enough. For the money, NH offers great value.

I have stayed here before and never had any problems. This time we had no power on the same day 3 times. And the staff didn't even show us any courtesy. I will never stay here again. I don't recommend it.
