Property is modern but not what I expected for a Novotel hotel. Maybe because was an IBIS in the same building and they had the same standards for both hotels . Breakfast was nice with multiple options .

I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience at your hotel during my recent stay. First and foremost, the exceptional breakfast truly stood out. The variety of options available ensures that there is something for everyone, and the quality of the food is absolutely impressive. It was the perfect way to start each day of my stay. I would also like to commend your staff for their outstanding service. Washington and his team were especially remarkable during dinner time. They were professional, polite, effective, and genuinely cared for the guests. Their attentiveness made our dining experience enjoyable and memorable, and it’s clear that they take great pride in their work. The hotel itself is very well located, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities in the area. While the swimming pool is of medium size, it was perfectly suitable for families, providing a nice space to relax and unwind. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Novotel and would not hesitate to return. I will definitely recommend your hotel to friends and family. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!
