A mon gout, il manque un mini refrigerateur, une bouilloire, des cintres ( 3 seulement dans le logement). Tres propre, parfaitement situé, tres calme.

Foi uma das piores experiências que já tive com estadias! Estava muito sujo. Precisei pedir pra no mínimo varrerem o chão. A roupa de cama parecia limpa, mas o cheiro não era bom. Recepção também mal cheirosa. Não há ar condicionado, mas tb não há o mínimo para refrescar o quarto, como um ventilador. Estava super calor e nada ajudava, nem abrir a janela e dormir com ela aberta (o que gerava barulho e era perigoso pois era primeiro andar). Em Londres não há tomadas universais, é uma tomada específica que só há por lá, e não tinham adaptadores para os hóspedes, que obviamente, são turistas e não tem essas coisas! Péssimo! Não recomendo! Nenhuma economia de dinheiro vale se hospedar nessas condições!

No storage. Small. Cramped. A window to nowhere. You can easily find better places to stay than this. Would not recommend

Very clean, staff were super attentive (via WhatsApp - despite a few issues with “StayMyWay” app) The air conditioning in the room was blissful. Thank you again.

Dirty bedding, dirty room. Refused to provide glasses. Refused to clean the room. Locked us out of our room twice in two days. The second time we were locked out the entire morning, until someone finally showed up for work at 11am. I get it you don’t want to see foreigners in your country, but this attitude and level of service is simply outrageous.

Good afternoon Cora, I am sorry for what you have told us and thank you for taking the time to do so.We would like to clarify that it is not that'' someone finally showed up for work at 11am'' but that our timetable as indicated starts at 11am and not before. Our accommodation is of course open to all nationalities and we are very happy to be able to enrich ourselves daily with culture from other places. We are sorry you gave us a 1 but we try to improve every day and we hope you can give us another chance. Best regards

Good location but cleanliness was poor (hair on bed sheets and pillows). Bathroom vanity decaying and hair in sink.
