My apartment was a converted loft area. If you are tall you hit your head on the ceiling. It is a well equipped apartment and clean. Good Metro connections lines 1/2 on the door step. Overall good value for money for short stays

我其实应该给他零分，因为我住的时候他在装修，所以白天很吵。但考虑到这是临时，所以还是给5星吧。毕竟这个房子基本是完美，配得上五星。

The apartment was lovely and had everything I needed and was so clean! The only improvement I can think of is if the emails could be sent in Spanish and English so I wouldn't have to translate them. But just a minor comment, the flat was brilliant and communication was very easy, thank you!!

TUVIMOS QUE SUBIR 48 ESCALONES (ROOM 9B) CON UNA MALETA DE 22KG MAS OTRA PEQUEÑA. LO MISMO CADA VEZ QUE SALIAS. Yo tengo 73 años
Esto no estaba indicado en HOTELES.COM ni nos locomunicaron tampoco en T-homes Cuenca.
Repito la habitación excelente .
Pero nunca nos mencionaron la realidad del edificio para las habitaciones en los piso altos.
