Points faibles : Propreté, service et personnel et commodités.
I arrived at the airport (19:30) and I call to the number in the reservation and I explained that I received the link with a missing parts (broken link *I have a screen shot of this! in case they need it) to open or enter to the building and also to the room so they told me that they will send another one so I believe it and I was in a dinner with a customer so I arrived at 23hrs 30 to the building so in my email wasn't any email so I call one more time and they request me the same information that I gave in the first call (I call from the same mobile) and they told me that they will send to someone in 20 minutes and at the end I was 30 minutes in the middle of the street at midnight so finally someone arrived and solve the issue but remotely (not with the link to open the doors) at the end they told me that the next day I will receive one new link which wasn't true so I called again and I confirm all the information and they send the link but just for the door in the appartment but not for the room so I called again and they explained me that they forgotten to send the complete link for the room's doors so at the end they send the correct link (12hrs before to leave the appartment)
Completely nightmare to validate the information, receiving incomplete information and untrue service because they assure to send the links the next day (which wasn't true).
For sure with my contacts I will aware about place (not to go) also the internet was very bad.
