The location was excellent! It was loud because it was right in the middle of everything. But we wanted that location! I would suggest to the hotel wiping down the room's interior walls a little bit better. they are shiny and show the previous stays' fingerprints. Also, there was no hair conditioner. Great rooftop bar!

This hotel was located in what would be like the Times Square of Madrid. You're within walking distance of all the main attractions like Plaza Mayor, Plaza Del Sol, The Royal Palace, Temple of Debod, Retiro Park, and Prado Museum. Not to mention all the shopping & dining options close by. As for the hotel itself, we really enjoyed our Double Room with our own terrace. The sink & shower drains were a little slow which caused some water to overflow onto the floor during showers, but other than that, everything was great!

Average hotel . Stayed in Madrid many times, probably the most average experience.. It’s in a convenient location. That’s it. Beds comfortable and showers not bad. However entrance I is poorly kept and unimpressive. Minimal facilities. No coffee machines in rooms which is poor. Overall a reasonably comfortable bed with decent air con . If you need more look elsewhere .
