Never ever book this hotel
Publié le 14 août 2022 sur HotelsThe owner refused the booking telling the hotel is overbooked after arrival, however it was guaranteed confirmation for 3 rooms. It was terrible experience and have to find other hotel where mostly all hotels already booked. It was very terrible behaviour from the hotel staff after very long journey with the family. Have to pay a lot more on the last minute booking at other hotel.

I had booked two rooms at OYO 19959 Hotel Radhakrishna at Madurai for 05 Apr 21 through Expedia. My Expedia itinerary number was 72061200133224.
When I reached the property with my family, I was shocked to know that only one room was booked in my name. The hotel staff were polite and requested me to tie up with Expedia staff to get another room booked. I contacted the Expedia customer care thrice, but they were clueless and dumped my call. In the lad call that I made for assistance, they kept me on hold for about 30 minutes. The disappointing fact is that they did not even bother to call me back.
It was an embarrassing situation for me and my family. I finally had to pay the rent for one room from my pocket. Expedia has taken the rent for two rooms and I ended up getting only one room and spending more bucks from my pocket.
Extremely irritating and frustrating.
Would never recommend Expedia to anyone in my lifetime.
