Extremely spacious, very private, secure. The manager, Nan, couldn't have been more helpful. She was lovely. Our critiques would be that the bed is quite hard, the internet connection is very poor, the lounge upholstery seriously needs re-covering, and there needs to be shade cover outside by the pool.

Pour : Same as above...gorgeous, serene, spacious, modern....and the gals that work there were fabulous!!
Contre : The beds!! Would be nice if villa provided a shuttle for guests who don't have a car.
Emplacement : Ma Sae waterall, elephant park, Botanical Gardens, Zip Lining, ATV. 30 minutes out of Chiang Mai.
Gorgeous, spacious, calm, serene, wonderful staff...just fabulous. Would highly recommend it to anyone.
A couple of things to be aware of: It is 30 minutes outside of Chiang Mai, so this is the place to relax and unwind. Very beautiful jungle landscape. We stayed 3 days in Chiang Mai, then 3 days at Azaya Villas. Staying in Mae Rim on the days we wanted to do the Mae Sa Waterfall, the elephant park and the Botanical Gardens (all in the Mae Rim area) was a great way to do it so that way we didn't have to keep going back and forth to Chiang Mai. We didn't have a car or a scooter so it was kind of a hassle, but we managed to make do either by walking or getting a tuk tuk or believe it or not, Uber.
The beds in our villa were HARD AS ROCKS!! (I think #12, the 2 bedroom unit?) My husband and I slept horribly all 3 nights. I finally ended up on the couch. Some people like hard beds, so those of you who do will be fine. If not, good luck.

Your stay during the seasonal rainy period may have caused the pool to look dirty but please be assured that we do provide daily cleaning service. Please come back in the dry season to fully enjoy the villa's private swimming pool.

Emplacement : Maya shopping mall
Very good environment, spacious, clean, tidy and well equipped with what you need.
But a bit remote from the down town, need to rent a car for your daily traveling, anyway, very good.

Fair price for a lovely villa

However the television is rather small in such a big room and the hi-fi was not working. Unluckily, it was cloudy and rainy during the period we stayed so we only used the pool once.
