Old & slow

1. When we got to our room it was clearly being worked on. The a/c was disassembled, tools and parts all over the floor, control panel off the wall, worker buggy in room. Went back to front desk. Manager put us in a new room promptly. (She was the only good part of our stay. 2. Next day, left for our event, came back to room to change clothes. Room keys didnt work. Had to go back to front desk. Was told "oh, you're the ones we couldn't figure out where you were, so we had to lock you out". 3. Hotel room & linens were clean. 4. Hotel is in desperate need of upgrade/remodel. It's in horrible shape. 5. We were not offered a discount for our troubles.

The building could use some cleaning up around the outside especially the pool area . The facility looked like a project needing attention. The room was clean as could be expected. Food wasn’t nothing to brag about. Probably would try a different place next time to see what’s available.

Shower

It was great except the hot water in the shower came out rusty.

Hey Susan, With 92 rooms and us being in our slower season, not all of the rooms get used as much as they should. Sometimes, the water has to run a bit first, but it should be smooth sailing from there. Sorry about that!

We had to change rooms because the TV would not work but that’s not the worst of it the morning after we had already slept we found multiple bedbugs in our bed Run far far far away from considering staying here. NASTY!!!

We are truly sorry to hear about your experience. This is actually hard to believe because we have never gotten complaints of bed bugs before. Furthermore, each of our comfortable mattresses have bed bug protectants on them.Orkin Pest Control comes by the hotel periodically and on a regular basis to spray for bugs and anything that would make our guests uncomfortable. This is definitely not the level of service we strive to provide. Rest assured, we take matters like this very seriously and will address them immediately. We'll work diligently to rectify the situation, if bedbugs were in fact present. Your feedback is invaluable, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
