Cozy cottage with lovely scenery
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HomeAwayAs two families with young kids, we had such a fun time at the cottage and exploring Maggie Valley. Feeding the fish and exploring for frogs at the VRBO was an unexpected crowd-pleaser! After we left and a couple of beloved stuffies turned up missing, the host went out of her way to locate them and send them back to their pint-sized owners. Would heartily recommend!

Publié le 10 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWonderful location to downtown Maggie valley and short drive to ski! We loved the hot tub and the space! Super spacious for friends or families. The host was super responsive!! Would definitely come back.

Biltmore candle light tour and Christmas tree hunting
Publié le 26 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayOur family really enjoyed our stay at the Koi Kottage. It was very nice that each level had their own bedroom and bathroom for our 3 families that went on this trip. From booking to checkin to check out we were very pleased with everything.

Beautiful Property!

Mariah was so nice and very helpful with providing information, not only for the property but local accommodations also. She thought about almost anything you could need! Highly recommend and my family and I look forward to visiting again ourselves in the future!

Charming and Accessible
Publié le 31 mars 2022 sur HomeAwayThe Koi Cottage is a wonderful home for vacationing in the Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountain region! All amenities had been thought of and provided. We came to Maggie Valley for a long weekend over spring break with our large family, and this house was spacious and all beds were comfortable with plush hotel-like bedding! The grounds and ponds were lovely and will be absolutely picturesque when spring is in full bloom! After daytime hikes in the National Park, we utilized the hammock, patio furniture and grill on sunny days and the older children loved the adorable treehouse for adventuring and reading. The host was always just a quick message away and provided a wonderful handbook that helped us prep and feel very comfortable with all aspects of the property. We highly recommend this home and would be happy to come stay again!

Great get away
Publié le 30 mars 2022 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed the natural surroundings and being able to feed the fish and the birds, since animal food was left behind. That was nice. Also, a nice touch was having coffee, tea, and hot chocolate mix left for the humans. It was a comfortable and relaxing home, and very clean.
