Snowy retreat
Publié le 12 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat cabin and secluded back yard. We brought the dogs and they had the best time. It snowed 2 days and it was beautiful. Warm cabin and kitchen well appointed. Had small issue with fireplace downdraft. The beds are firm. Great for husband, but not me. Ran to Walmart and bought single egg crate foam and it was perfect. Problem solved! FYI. It's really got beautiful views and a steep driveway. Note in winter it can get difficult. You need 4WD...Loriel had it salted and cleared for us. Even the 4WD had chains, so fair warning in the snow season. Loriel took care of everything and was amazing. They have multiple homes to rent as well.

Publié le 23 déc. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe had a lovely time at the cottage. It was immaculately cleaned, beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the views were beautiful. The location is very convenient and there are many things to do/places to eat close by. Loriel was a fantastic hostess. She was very communicative; letting us know the cabin was ready early for check in, checking on us to make sure we had everything we need, and even left a card welcoming us when we arrived. We had a short stay as we just came to the area to take our kids to the Polar Express, but we plan to return in the summer for a longer stay!

Mountain Get Away
Publié le 7 août 2022 sur HomeAwayThis rental deserves 10 stars! We have rented other cabins in the area before. None were as clean as this one! Spotless! It has everything we needed! The beds were so comfy that we slept like babies. It was central to everything like Maggie Valley, Downtown Waynesville,. Cherokee and the beautiful waterfalls of the Blue Ridge
The driveway to the cottage was very easy to navigate. There is a mini waterfall / creek and a fire pit in the backyard for everyone to enjoy. The cottage was very tastefully decorated. It was top notch. We will return! Adam and Loriel are perfect hoasts, very attentive and responsive
