We made a reservation at the last minute and were not expecting much and were extremely happy. Our room was very clean, and the hotel has been remodeled recently. I stayed at the Strat in Vegas last month and paid the upcharge for a recent “remodeled” room and the room at Smokey Falls was ten times better. In fact, we liked it so much we booked a trip for a week here this summer. Would highly recommend.

Do Not Stay Here

On Hotels.com I reserved (2) rooms for my stay. I had another friend with me. Once we arrived there I was told that a second room was not available. I showed the person in the office my confirmation and printout but quite honestly she could not have cared less. I was told that I should have called instead of booking through Hotels.com. If the people at this hotel know there is a problem with booking on the app and they continue to use it for room reservations then that should tell potential guests all that they need to know. It is my opinion this hotel does not care at all about customer service or satisfaction and I would recommend that everyone enjoy their stay somewhere else.

A little dated looking which I loved. Very clean nice staff and excellent restaurant on site. Great value for the money. I definitely would stay there again.

Great property! We would definitely stay again! The only thing is if you need service or WiFi this wouldn’t be the hotel for you. There is service in spots but we didn’t really have service in our room which was completely fine with us!

Room was very clean other than the ceiling had a bunch of cob webs and the cleaning person had a envelope that said tips are appreciated sitting on the entertainment counter under the tv remote giving the feeling of having to tip.
