Golf visit
Publié le 14 août 2019 sur HomeAwayStayed here for a week during the British Open at Portrush. Very comfortable room, helpful staff and great breakfast. We enjoyed our drive back & forth to the Antrim coast. About a 40 minute drive but easy route. Not much to see in Draperstown, but a quiet place to stay and we really appreciated the excellent restaurant having walked round the golf course in the rain! Lovely glass of wine in the bar! Would recommend as good value and a lovely Irish welcome.

No corridors! Our room opened onto a lovely outdoor space. Quiet street for parking. Lovely restaurant and friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I’m lucky enough to return to this beautiful part of the world.

Arriving at hotel we told them we would be cancelling 2 nights as travel from area was difficult..we were told not a problem and could pay in morning..in the morning we were told we had to pay for all 3 nights. Cancellation policy stated would only have to pay for first night and we expected to pay for 2 nights not 3. Not happy !
