Place of great fun and memories
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe stay had everything as we expected. Our group wanted to spend time doing activities indoors and explore some outdoor as well. The rooms were very clean and comfy with enough sleeps and washrooms. Many indoor activities to spend time with including Pool table, Air hockey, Table tennis. Hot tub experience was very memorable.

Beautiful stay!
Publié le 25 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall incredible time with so many amenities and great location. 10 minute drive from the grocery store and had everything we needed and more. Water was beautiful and there was so many kayaks paddle boards and canoes we all got to be on the water at the same time. Great place highly recommend!

We were up for a wedding, so didnt spend a lot of time here. The place was very clean, well appointed and we enjoyed our stay. We had no safety concerns what so ever.

The rooms are exactly as down in the pictures. The cottage is very spacious and had plenty of room for all. There was so much to do at the property and so much fun was had. Communication with the hosts was flawless, they were great hosts!

Stay far far away
Publié le 6 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayAll I can say is wow. This property is horrendous. We were supposed to go as a big family getaway, more than half of us couldn’t stay there because of the children. We were too afraid the children would hurt themselves because this property is in such disrepair. The gazebo has sharp rusty pieces of metal sticking out of it, a few floorboards in the deck, broke just from the weight of a chair. This place is a Hazard and should not be inhabited by humans.
The inside was Dirty, the basement smells like mildew. The property is overgrown, and everything seems to be breaking, and ill maintained.
The host was unyielding in giving us the refund that we wanted. Even though half of us couldn’t stay there, he only refunded us a very small portion of the stay. We just gave up fighting with him. We only requested a third of the total cost for a refund, because six of us had to find other accommodations. She only actually refunded a sixth of the price.
This house is so dilapidated that it basically ruined our weekend. Stay away.

Wow, what a BIG LIAR!!!! It took you more than 18 days to write a review after your stay just proves that you were only trying to extort money from us by making these excuses. The moment we sent you money, you wrote such a review just because we didn’t give you enough money as requested.
The only thing you mentioned during the stay was the stove not heating properly, which I asked you that I can get it fixed while you are staying there but you refused and asked me to fix it afterwards. I have our text messages as proof. Your family members couldn’t make it or changed their mind to stay there and you started blaming the property so that you can get some money back. One of the kids in your group turned the furnace switch off and you said it was smelling like mildew. During the stay, you never mentioned about the property being dirty, and in the review you are saying it because you didn’t get enough money returned to you. The cottage is much newer than most of the cottages available in the market and recently renovated last year. So all your claims are baseless.
