MONEY WELL SPENT
Publié le 21 août 2020 sur HomeAwayProperty is huge, lots of land to explore. Kids had a fun time playing baseball in one of the open areas. The pool was well maintained, 8ft deep was great for the swimmers. Good landscaping around the pool and patio. Kept bugs away when we ate out there. The house is well maintained lots of rest area. The property manager was very helpful, and easy to access. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Publié le 6 juill. 2020 sur HomeAwayThe house was great, very spacious inside and the outdoor space was comfortable with lots of seating, the pool could use a good shock treatment or the pumps need to be checked even in the shallow end we could not see the bottom.

Great place to stay in Magnolia

So much space for a large family to move around and after coming back from giving a wedding at the near by venue my husband love the jet tub. Thank you for all the great service.

Amazing Stay!

Well maintained, lots of land for them to run around, and the swimming pool was large enough for them to play. My guests loved it so much they want to come back for a girls getaway! Will definitely rent again!

Poorly maintained, Poor communication and No A/C
Publié le 27 sept. 2019 sur HomeAwayThis house is beautiful but unfortunately we could not enjoy it due to the unbearable heat from a broken a/c unit. Sadly the property owner knew about this issue prior to our arrival and yet did nothing about it. In fact, he neglected to even come forward and communicate to us that this would be an issue during the entirety of our stay, in the dead of summer in August. Before checking in we had been in communication about our arrival time and due to inquiry on our part we found out there would be someone at he property "maintenancing" the a/c. We quickly realized after entering the property that this meant the unit was not working. After calling to address the issue, I was told that the part needed for the unit to function properly would not arrive until monday.. the day after our check out. We also then proceeded to find spoiled food remains on dishes in the cupboard. It was quickly becoming clear to us the home was not being maintained well. Absoluely no compensation from the property owner nor VRBO was given after disputing the issue. Sadly, this is the first and last time I book with VRBO.
I am definitely not a person that enjoys writing bad reviews. In fact, I am the person who only bothers to write good reviews. But I felt it important in this one instance because I would hate for someone to have the experience we did

Monica, we're sorry to hear that your stay fell below your expectations. The homeowner has been working diligently to ensure this problem will be fixed for future guests. The property has four AC units, and the majority of the house should cool down properly, even with the one unit out. We're sorry if you had a different experience.
