Gute Appartmentanlage. Das Appartment wurde jedenTag gereinigt, die Handtücher alle zwei Tage gewechselt. Ansprechpartner immer erreichbar. Das Appartment war circa 150 m von der Hauptstraße entfernt und dadurch sehr ruhig. Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

There is a building site across the road from La Maison Hibiscus.
There are a lot of dogs in the immediate vicinity who bark noisily for extended periods.
The windows don't shut properly because the metal bars on the inside block the handles from being moved to the closed position.
The hot water tank is very small resulting in all but the briefest of showers running cold.
The air conditioning was ineffective, blowing warm air. Even when left on overnight it did not get within 5 degrees Celsius of the desired temperature. The owner refused to take any action to remedy this on the basis that no previous guests had complained about it. Worse still the owner came in every day just to turn the air conditioning off, leaving the room excessively hot, to try to save money. This is despite the literature in the room claiming that she is concerned for guest's comfort. I often lay on top of the bed with sweat pouring out of me unable to get to sleep because of the excessive temperature in the room until after midnight.
I used the same towel throughout my two week stay. The bed sheets were changed after ten days. The room was only cleaned on alternate days (even though it was entered every day to switch off the air conditioning).
The owner lost her spare set of keys to the room, so exposing my belongings to increased risk of theft. However, she waited two days before telling me. She then claimed to have change the locks, but a quick examination of the locks showed this was not true.

Thank you Mr Terrence for your unfair review, full of lies. 1 firstly the aircondition worked perfectly. You just wanted to leave the aircon on 24 hours and not being in the room. I wonder if you do this in your own home. And yes it's to save wasted money and fuel which your cost if room does not cover 24 hours aircon. You should have chosen a 300 per night hotel then you could have abused the facilities.2. The hot water works perfectly. Don't you think other guests would have complained overytime if the water was continuously cold. Nothing was good enough for you. Its either to hot or too cold. If you were so hot a cold shower should have been refreshing to say the least. 3. Please do not make up false narratives. We cleaned your room every 2 days with a change of towel and change the bed linen every 4 days. However you were not as respectful towards others property coming into a room with wet diving shoes, leaving puddles of water everywhere. Considering you are so conscious about cleanliness.4. Furthermore your stay and presence proved very difficult for my staff due to your cold unfriendliness. It was indeed quite unpleasant that every one was reluctant to approach you with even a goodmorning.5. I do understand why you make up stories when i came to tell you about the keys the very next morning when we could not find our set. You should have mentioned you wanted to assist in the lock change to be sure it was changed as you are calling us a liar. The situation was indeed lacking in understanding and compassion. I do hope you take into consideration of the price you pay and attitude towards others giving you a genuine service by trying to be a little more approachable and friendly.I do hope you get to read our review as we were as much disappointed with your stay as you were.Wish you all the best in your future travelin Spreading the truth and kindness.La Maison hibiscus

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und für die Preis völlig in Ordnung. Leider hatten wir bereits im vorhinein Probleme mit der Besitzerin der Unterkunft, die uns weiß machen wollte, dass wir für die Unterbringung unserer 1 1/2 Jährigen Tochter 15 € pro Nacht zusätzlich zahlen sollen, obwohl diese in der Buchung bereits als Reisegast angegeben war. Generell ist der Kontakt zur Besitzerin, sehr kalt und wir wurden nicht wie bei anderen Unterkünften kein einziges Mal gefragt, wie es uns gefällt oder ob alles in Ordnung ist. Auf der anderen Straßenseite der Unterkunft sind leben zwei rivalisierende Hundegangs, die zu allen Tages- und Nachtzeiten extrem laut bellen. Außerdem ist der Nachbar der auf der anderen Straßenseite wohnt anscheinend ein lokaler Bauunternehmer und morgens gegen 7 Uhr fahren recht laut Bagger und andere Baufahrzeuge aus der Einfahrt raus. Das kann die Besitzerin zwar nicht beeinflussen, dass sollte man aber im Hinterkopf behalten. Da die Unterkunft doch eher abseits liegt, ist es auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen sich einen Mietwagen zu leihen.

Thank you for your review.Unfortunately all children pay on our property. We did not find anywhere that mentioned a child as your booking stated 2 adults. We would not have charged otherwise.Thank you for your understanding regarding the construction and dog noise and yes nothing can be done from my side.We are a self catering and we leave guest to do their own thing. If we see you we say hello and if you need us you know how to reach us. Maybe you are confusing us with other hotels you went to with a different concept.Lastly you mentioned remote?? We are 5 minutes walk to the beach and shops. Are you sure you are not mistaking us for a previous accommodation you stayed at. Remote we are definitely NOT to say the least. There are several 3 to 5 star hotel in the area on the famous beach vallon beach so I do not understand what you mean by remote. One of the best options in Seychelles
Publié le 25 févr. 2023 sur HotelsWe can't recommend enough staying in Seychelles in one of Beryl's properties. She was incredibly hospitable, accommodating, with great communications throughout.
The apartment we stayed in was spotlessly clean, cleaned again every four days, and just a short downhill walk to the beach.
We lived in Seychelles in recent years, and so have more experience than some, and really think the rooms and apartments are wonderfully located and very good value.
To be clear, we didn't know Beryl before our stay but will keep in touch and hope to stay again before too long.
Perhaps especially if you've not been to Seychelles before, a stay here, especially so close to Beau Vallon beach with all it has to offer, is a great choice.

Convenient to a nice beach (15m) Bel Ombre is a large beach with at the end some beach chair available to rent - some goods restaurants and food trucks.
Nearby to the location is several small groceries stores.
Pleasant stay for fews days
