Our one-bedroom sea view unit was a bit dated, but clean. Nice to have almost new fridge/freezer, microwave and full oven, plus an efficient heat-pump/air conditioner. Unfortunately our two-night stay was curtailed by one night as there was confusion regarding pets being allowed in the unit, so you need to check all necessary info before making a reservation. Care was needed using the wooden stairs leading up to the unit when wet, they were quite slippery.

The airconditioning is a new feature in our rooms, making it cozy in winter and cool in summer. Unfortunately these customers thought it was their right to put a dog all over our bedding so they got upset when I requested they take the dog off our beds also we did not allow it in room. We allow pets on leads but customers need to respect our premises and our rules. The gentleman was lovely to deal with and very obliging.

Great view. The facilities were very basic and it was hard to get warm.

Water not has to be boiled before drinking. Ablution blocks dated and poorly maintained

I was hoping you noticed the filtered water on offer in camp kitchen. I believe our camp kitchen is well stocked and ready to use. We keep things clean daily. Yes we are taking it seriously we need to improve.
