WORST SHOCKING EXPERIANCE EVER

It was the worst stay ever I am requesting a full refund please, the guesthouse is shocking, the service terrible, not clean, not even soap in the room and no breakfast given after I paid for breakfast

The place is cool but the set up in the room not comfortable. The Tv is positioned badly, doors are not lockable from outside and the gate makes a huge noise when opened or closed. what was disturbing was ants climbing the fridge. No safes, No wifi , No Tv remote

Dissapointed Booking

This statement refers to the booking process through Expedia. Bookings Expedia ID: 1187779016 and Expedia ID: 1187781300 in January this year. An amount of R810 per night for bed & breakfast was booked and charged through the online booking agency. Upon arrival at the B&B, we were advised that breakfast was not included and an invoice of R680pp per night was issued. Having prepaid the R810 online and after several email correspondence, there has been absolutely no response or refund from this service provider. It is a concern to wonder if this is the way South Africans do business.

Not a guest friedly place.

There needs to be extra care put into making guests' stay as comfortable as possible. On our arrival: - AC was not working, so we cooked in there. - Toilet flush button broken. - Bath tap handle broken. - Sink stand loose. - Bed too big for room. - Pool was dirty.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! We booked a family room, when we arrived the reception lady told us two conflicting stories- initially she told us that that the family room is occupied, then later after making a few calls she told us that they don't have a family room at the B&B,however, there is another building a not far from the B&B that is still undergoing construction, we could go sleep at,the beds at that building are not the ones advertised on the site, there is no swimming pool (mind you we selected this specific B&B because our little ones wanted to swim and we wanted to relax by the pool as a family) We were very disappointed and demanded refund (cheated us with the exchange rate) We spent the rest of the day looking for alternative hotel, they were fully booked- our mini-vacay in South Africa has been spoiled, I'm still ANGRY and veeery disappointed!

Place with a difference

Place was clean and friendly but not well organised. No one from the management team stayed there overnight. Pool needed to be cleaned out.
