Publié le 11 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house is amazing! Highly recommend. It’s very unique with beautiful views. Well stocked and equipped kitchen. Lots of space for a group to be comfortable. The house has a castle / Hansel and Gretel vibe. Very unique. We loved it!

Plenty of places to sleep, enough bathrooms to go around, kitchen and dining area were a hit for our large group. The view overlooking the river; speechless. Of course the hot tub was a huge hit. We are all very pleased with the property and the communication with the owners was beyond exceptional! Will definitely keep this place favorited in my listings!

Publié le 3 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe general place was as stated ,beautiful over the bluffs . We rented cabin for over look and hot tub to enjoy a vacation . When it can to hot tub it was nothing more than tub hot water , jets didn't work at all , when you turned on jets water shot up in air one seat had jets . So at this time cabin was over price hot tub is junk . Looking for a refund !!!

We are sorry you weren't able to operate the hot tub jets and water feature correctly. We provide instructions on operating the hot tub in the "helpful hints" guide we give to each guest and on the hot tub itself. We also would have been more than happy to walk you through the buttons on the controller or even send someone out to show you how to use the hot tub, however regretfully you didn't contact us during your stay.
Our maintenance and cleaning crew check the hot tub before and after every guest and it was functioning perfectly the morning before and the afternoon after your stay. There are three sets of jets (each with a separate button) and a waterfall feature that causes water to cascade into the hot tub. You only pushed the button for the waterfall feature and one set of jets.
We are glad you enjoyed the beautiful view of the bluffs!

My advice is to carefully review the sleeping arrangements listed for the property and ask questions to ensure the beds/bedrooms will meet your party’s needs.
