We spent a long airport layover at this hotel, so that we could relax and rest. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable, although we did find the shower floor to be quite slippery when wet. The meal we had in the restaurant was good and everything was very fresh. Our only disappointment was that the massage treatments I had scheduled via a chat on the hotel website, during which I was assured our appointment was confirmed, were not in fact scheduled and no one was even available in the spa area. We would definitely stay here again, especially in the case of an early flight, since the proximity to the airport is very good.

Surprise party!
Publié le 5 janv. 2024 sur HotelsStayed over New Years and was given free entrance to their gala celebration including a free banquet and entertainment. All staff were exceptionally friendly and made us fell very welcome. That is the most important quality I like for in a hotel. -Susanne

Property shows heavy sign of wear and tear compared to the crisp clean photos on the website and our a/c was broken and needed to be fixed. They responded quickly to the A/C breaking and the staff was nice.
The unit could have used a deep cleaning as there were scuffs and dark marks on walls, baseboards and floor.
It was an adequate place to stay before my Raja Ampat cruise and the included breakfast was good
