Check- in war einfach und unkompliziert, das Personal spricht Englisch.
Die Zimmer sind klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten sowohl einen Deckenventilator als auch eine Klimaanlage, einen Fernseher, ein Bequemes Bett und ein sauberes Bad.
Frühstück haben wir nicht getestet.
Alles in allem für den Preis wirklich zu empfehlen!

Great Location!
Publié le 1 déc. 2015 sur HotelsIt was a nice stay. Room is small but comfortable. The location of the hotel is just 10-15 minutes away from the malls. There's a coffee shop under the lobby that opens until midnight. Unfortunately the nearest convenient store is 8 minutes walk distance.

nice and comfy for business
Publié le 13 sept. 2015 sur Hotelsfor budget hotel and business purpose, Red Planet can serve as a very recommended place to stay. The room is clean and since it is a new hotel so everything is still new. I hope it will be maintained even though it's years from now.
The minus point is only the pillow... it is very soft and when we sleep on it, it will be flatten directly - so it is not very comfortable.
others than that, everything is good. Like any other budget hotel, everything is simple yet modern

Just ok if you need to rest
Publié le 11 août 2015 sur HotelsThe room was very small and not well equipped, there was no toothbrush + toothpaste, there was no phone in the room to call the reception. It felt that this hotel's room is only for sleep, everything else was not comfortable in the room.

Apologize for the service that was not match your expectations. For your information that Toiletries we provide in the Room was only Soap and Shampoo which for others we provide by purchase in Reception Counter for 24 Hours.
Telephone service right now it is only one on every floor in corridor for efficiency purpose, Soon you may have new communication way to contact Guest Services by using our Web Application which will be launch soon.
