Une nuit à Makassar

Nous sommes restés une nuit avant de partir pour le pays toraja et j’aurai volontiers prolongé car nous avons été bien accueilli La chambre est moderne propre et confortable Le restaurant où nous avons pris le dîner et le pdj est parfait le service et la qualité était au rendez vous De plus k’accueil Était parfait Nous reviendrons si nous passons à nouveau par Makassar

Service and customer care in need. Food not tasty

Terrible service at the front desk, seems like they don't really care about what you say or do not want to engage much. Question about the lounge on the 12th floor was ask and the front desk staff did not want to answer and ask us to go upstair to find out on our own .

The room cleaner was not honest! My husband bought 2 cartoon of cigarettes at Duty free shop, KLIA. When we were arrive at our home then he realized he missing 6 packs of cigarettes which are we put each cartoon of cigarettes in 2 different bags. He/she took 3 packs from each cartoon and it shows that the hotel's cleaner open our bags with intention. Luckily we didn't leave any valuable things inside the room. For those who want to stay here Pls make sure u use a pad lock to lock your bag before u leave the room.

wont choose this hotel again

honestly, i dont expect this service from novotel, i dont really enjoy this place... some people got welcome drink but my family didnt get it... receptionist didnt smile at all, i dont know if she is tired or whatever. she ask me to stay until 2 pm to enter the room, and i was waiting until 2.10 pm but she didnt call me at all to enter the room until i decide to ask her about my room... i dont get a great service at all
