Lack of problem handling, Weak service
Publié le 1 juill. 2017 sur HotelsHotel was very comfortable and location as well, I have stayed along with my family a wonderful moments visiting the Holy place. However, I have experienced a very annoying situation with the receptionist which till the moment I haven't heard from either Hotel.com customer service or the property regarding my issue. I've been embarrassed infront other guests on breakfast to pay in advance while my booking was made to be entitled for breakfast and that's what mentioned on website. The staff couldn't solve this issue on spot or raise it to his superiors. Eventually, I had to pay again to the property and claim later. This been massaged to Hotels.com customer service and yet no proper respond from both.
I will reconsider dealing with this website in the future.

الموقع بعيد والمواصلات متعبة معهم والاكل شبة سيئ وواجهتة مشكلة في الحجز كان مع الافطار والايميل الذي وصلهم من دون افطار حتى اخر يوم كأنو يبغوني ادفع تكلفة الافطار

Contre : Guest respect and hospitality
Emplacement : very far from Haram and from every important islamic monuments
They had a party all night for two nights in a row , couldn't sleep and couldn't even pray , very loud , No Sound proof for their hall

جيدة على الرغم من تاخر الدخول بحجة عدم وصول الحجز وتم الاتصال بشركة هوتيل وماقصرو اتصلوا على الفندق
