Dirty room and bad services

All of us including my friends travel with me described their findings of unclean bathrooms.
The passenger lifts are slow and two out of three are under repair the first day, and only two available the next day.

Overall the property is alright. Other than it being a bit inconvenient at night. We complained about the speed of the drainage of the bathtub a few times but no one really looked into it. Other than that it is fine

Nice and comfortable hotel but loud outside fan.
