The wash basin leaks water at the bottom, the toilet light is spoilt and the toilet seat is too close to the wall with little leg room. Reception counter staff is not friendly.

Rooms to improve

Hotel staffs are nice and friendly, but housekeeping and maintenance teams really needs to step up on the cleaning and maintenance. The room floor does not seem be cleaned even before and during my stay, room service dishes/glasses were seen being left along corridors for a couple of days, wall mounted table are on the verge of dropping out and toilet is leaking. Hope these are not too much to expect from a rated 3.5star hotel. Also rather disappointed to only know that there is no laundry service available on site...
