The hotel was close during pkp..but why open for stay..i want my money back😡😡

The Hotel ans the staff both are pathetic. To begin with Hotel does not look like how it is in the pictures, the rooms are clean, toilet are really bad, poor internet connectivity. far from city center, staff didn't clean the room everyday, don't give additional water bottles or coffee, broken toilet locks.
At the onset after reaching the hotel reception, we are asked to pay some 36 RM, I don't know why. After that make you wait for 30 mins at the reception to get the room keys.
I will never ever book through Expedia for providing wrong information on hotel. In my view the hotel shud be 1* maximum.

Bad experience. Dirty toilet. Leaking air con. Unfriendly staff.
So, after I checked in to this hotel, I went into my room and found that the toilet is not well cleaned, there is some paint debris on the floor and also the water sound after flushing the toilet bowl is awfully loud. On top of that, while I was resting on the bed under the air-con (just opened for 5 - 10 mins), the air con started to leaked and wet the bed and me.
The unpleasant experience leads me to the counter and request for a refund, which I do not plan to stay in the mentioned hotel anymore. The staffs then deny of such incident (even after I showed them the footage of leaking) and refused to refund.
While others opinion may vary, I am just sharing my experience with this hotel. Above is what I have encountered few days ago, I advise people who are considering this hotel to stay at your own risk.
