This apartment has great sea views, a balcony and terrace. It sleeps 6 (families only) and is in the beautiful and quiet residential area of Pedregalejo in Malaga East. One of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol is just 850m away (10-15 mins walk).

We are sorry but we can only accept reservation for families, not for groups. This is because of noise concerns for our other guests and neighbours, we hope you understand.

Apartment n. 2 is the biggest of three charming apartments in Casa Malaga. The 85m2 apartment offers beautiful sea views, a large balcony and a lovely terrace of 17m2. (We kindly ask guests not to use the terrace after midnight in respect of our neighbours). It is located on the first floor and is completely renovated and tastefully decorated. It features a living / dining room with a newly fitted kitchen. There is a master bedroom with a double bed and 2 more bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms, one with a large bath.

The apartment has free WiFi, air conditioning in all rooms, TV, washing machine, dish washer oven and microwave. Beach towels and beach umbrellas are also included.

The house is 2 minutes’ drive from the Malaga ring road making access by car easy and fast. Free street parking is available very close to the house.

The apartment is perfect for babies and children. We have a cot with bedding and changing mat for babies. There is a highchair and children's' table-ware available. Outside there are railings and safety guards on the stairs to keep the children safe. A children's toy train set is also included.

Along the Pedregalejo pedestrian promenade you will find both modern and traditional restaurants and bars. The promenade is directly next to the beach which is formed from small coves. This makes it an ideal, and safe, place for children to play and swim in the sea. Malaga City Center is 10 minutes' drive away or a 20-minute bus ride. Guests can visit the Picasso Museum or taste the local food in one of the numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Casa Málaga is a great choice for travellers interested in cultural city visits, sunny, friendly people and, of course, the beach.

Merveilleux sejour
L'appartement est grand, bien équipé et situé dans un quartier calme de Malaga, il est proche de la plage et du centre ville grâce au bus. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances sous un bon soleil. Gordon, le propriétaire nous a bien accueilli et bien conseillé. Tout était parfait. Je recommande cette location.

Perfect location
We stayed here for almost 3 weeks. It is set up on the hillside in Pedregalejo area within a short walking distance to the beach area and restaurants. It was a quiet location with easy access to public transportation. Well equipped kitchen.

Meine Familie und ich verbrachten eine Woche in der Casa Malaga. Das Appartment war sehr komfortabel und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, mit schönem Blick aufs Meer, gute Anbindung an die Stadt, aber auch sehr ruhig. Der Strand, Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigem Minuten zu erreichen. Ausserdem wurden wir sehr nett vom Hausherrn Gordon empfangen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen.

Ein Paradies!
Die Wohnung ist klasse! Alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter wohnen auf dem Gelände, sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft! Wir hatten einen spitzen Urlaub und werden gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank Marion und Gordon.

Die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Die Kommunikation sowie der Check-In/ Check-Out mit dem Gastgeber war vollkommen unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect in every way.
Extremely clean and well appointed appartment with everything you could possibly want. Lovely sea views from the balcony and patio. Short walk into town and beaches or 10 minute bus ride in city centre. The host was very welcoming and provided all the information you would need.

Great family getaway
We stayed at Gordon’s lovely property for six days - it was just as described : clean, comfortable, beautiful views of the Mediterranean, well appointed and quite spacious. In order to have views you have to be uphill, so the walks back from the shore were strenuous but doable. We parked our rental in the neighbouring streets, it’s a quiet residential neighbourhood, there were no problems. We loved our stay and hope to come back and rent it again!!

Heerlijk zonnig huis op loopafstand van het strand en het centrum van Malaga
Modern ingericht ruim en sfeervol appartement. De inventaris is helemaal compleet en het was er super schoon. Het appartement heeft 2 terrassen met een prachtig uitzicht op zee, waar je heerlijk in de zon of schaduw kunt zitten. Wij hadden een goed contact met de eigenaar en komen graag nog een keer terug!
