Hosts were very accommodating! I thought we booked a room with our own bathroom but we had to share. Not a huge issue just a little misleading. But the hosts were great!

I got the impression the owners cared about their visitors. Little extra touches like the helpful noticeboard and the cake left for anyone to eat were much appreciated .
I would definitely stay again.

AWFUL owner, asked to leave while I was in the toilet in the morning. I got a delayed flight so unfortunately got there late so did not realise checkout was 11am (there was NO sign in the motel of the checkout time! Not 11am, not 12pm). He was waiting outside the toilet to follow me into the room to pack-up immediately.
Also, hallway was noisy late night and people talking loudly at 4am with echoes. Couple having sex next door-can hear loudly (they think they are the only ones in the motel!). Couples please get somewhere more PRIVATE - other guests can hear you! Cannot sleep.

Me gustaría expresar mi decepción con el comportamiento de este huésped que se hospedó en nuestra casa compartida, que no es un hostel. Esta persona llegó a las 21hs, según nuestro sistema de cámaras, y se quedó solo unas horas, pero fueron suficientes para demostrar su falta de respeto. Esta persona no respetó la hora de salida, que es a las 11am, y cuando fui a avisarle que debía desocupar la habitación para los próximos huéspedes, me respondió con gritos e insultos desde el baño. Intenté explicarle que estaba incumpliendo las normas de mi alojamiento, pero siguió gritando y queriendo imponer su voluntad. Ante esta situación, le pedí que se fuera de mi casa inmediatamente por su mala educación y su abuso de las instalaciones. Es una pena que haya personas así, que no saben convivir ni respetar a los demás. Afortunadamente son muy pocas y la mayoría de nuestros huéspedes son amables y cordiales

A very well maintained residence
Publié le 6 nov. 2021 sur HotelsI was very impressed by how nice the place was. The kitchen, common baths and living area/salon were all very nice. The place also had three pleasant outdoor seating areas for guests to enjoy. The kitchen was very well equipped.
The residence is made up of five private rooms, with guests sharing the common areas. Four of the rooms shared two bathrooms, so at least one bathroom was always available to use.
My room, the furthest from the street, faced a quiet internal courtyard. The room also had a steel rolldown window blind that kept out possible noise. I had a good sleep each night.
The residence is some distance from the tourist sites. However the neighborhood was very pleasant, with restaurants within easy walking distance. There's also a large grocery a few blocks away. It was nice to actually stay in a local neighborhood, away from the hoards of tourists.

レセプションのオープン時間が12:00〜15:00は短すぎると思いました。勝手が分からない外国人には不安でたまりませんでした。
他に泊まっていたゲストさんに色々と教えてもらい、利用方法が分かりました。
キッチンとリビングはとても広いわけではないけど良かったと思います。
