Not a great stay, we left.
Posted Aug. 22, 2024 on HotelsWe were not impressed with this hotel and booked another and left after one night. The room air conditioning did not work so none of the family got any sleep. The room wasn’t the cleanest but the air con was our main problem. In the hallways of the hotel the carpet was not very clean. It seemed as though some people actually live in the hotel as there was people with dogs and non hotel furniture on balconies. On one of the floors there was broken walls and flaked off paint / wood chip where part of the wall had been broken. Would not recommend and would not book again.

We booked to stay for 3 nights
Arrived in the evening, staff ( Helena) very nice.
Once out of reception area, accommodation is very dated and in need of attention.
Apt/ Room was clean
Toilet flush broken and toilet leaking
Contacted recp and it was repaired the next morning.
Air con on but doesn’t do much in the bedrooms
Beds comfy, clean towels
Sliding door to balcony poor quality and hard to slide or secure
Ants in the lounge area Corner and on balcony

The location was really good hotel was nice and clean but the only thing was the balcony doors were not secure in my room and my friends room next door they had the littlest of bolts fitted they need to be secured more

We stayed on the 4th floor and on entering the room your eyes are drawn to the most amazing veiw across the bay, however the more we looked around the more noticeable it was of how tierd the hotel was and in need of some major renovation.
We still had a great time and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Could do with some TLC

Staff, location, pool and pool bar all perfect.
Could do with some TLC but wouldn't let that put you off staying.

The room's were dirty and very old fashioned, in disrepair and the balcony's uneven not what is advertised.

Post apocalyptic sh%t hole
