Avis Country Home Son Enseñat with Mountain View, Pool, Wi-Fi, Garden & Terrace

Our delight in this beautiful summer home was only trumped by the kindness, thoughtfulness and consideration of our host, and the owner of the villa, Joana. She is multilingual and was able to help us so much as non-Spanish speakers. Her kindness and willingness to go out of her way to assist and support us during our stay was something very special and we were so grateful. The home itself is very large and comfortable for a big group. There are spaces to relax and eat, both inside and outside the villa. With as many bathrooms as bedrooms, there is privacy and space to be alone or together, which was perfect for our family group. The pool area is especially wonderful with 4 huge double day beds and a pool large enough for a serious game of Marco Polo. The location is quite lovely with views over the valley and gorgeous sun rises and sunsets. You do need a car though, as although it’s not far away from what you need (local supermarket and Palma), getting taxis can be time consuming and tricky. Of course, it didn’t help that we had no Spanish! We had the most wonderful time as a group of just 6 (but the house could comfortably accommodate a group that was double our size). Our heartfelt thanks go out to Joana for all her care and support. We look forward to visiting again some day.
