Villa au calme avec une superbe piscine. Un supermarché a proximité. Un accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire. Nous y reviendrons

Wonderful stay

We didn't have the chance to meet Craig (the owner) in person but he was always available by phone/text to answer our questions. He also gave us very detailed informations and advices about the area which were very useful. We were 4 couples with children/babies - the villa has everything you can expect to enjoy your stay. We will definitely come back or recommend the villa to friends and family.

Estupendo Formidable

Il y a tout ce qu'il faut, le confort, la propreté et un super accueil du propriétaire Craig qui du début à la fin de la réservation était toujours présent pour toutes infos et qui à notre arrivée nous a bien expliqué ce qu'il y avait à faire dans la région, sans compter les bons plans restos ! de plus il y a une documentation bien fournie dans la villa.il y a tout le confort, on a pu vraiment se resourcer et se reposer...
On a hâte de revenir un de ces jours…

Great house, great welcoming from the owner, I recommend!

Eine tolle Anlage, die die Erwartungen übertroffen hat

Super family villa

Wonderful Holiday Villa
Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed a fantastic week in this beautiful villa. It is an excellent location in a quiet area just outside of Pollensa. The accommodation was exactly what we needed (4 adults and 3 kids)and had everything we could have asked for. Our grandsons (aged 6 and3)especially enjoyed playing in the large garden and loved swimming in the pool everyday. Communication with Craig and Ben were excellent and as we arrived late, we really appreciated the initial food shop that they arranged for us.
We would all love to return!

Perfect for a family gathering
Publié le 30 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWonderfully spacious but also very homely in the furnishing and equipment. Perfect for a holiday with all the family. The large pool was great fun and the men in the party enjoyed the large lawn and football net. Best thing was having lots of different areas to sit, eat and relax. Well situated between Pollensa and the sea. Ample parking and well secured.

Hi Sarah, thank you for taking the time out to write your review. I'm really pleased to know you enjoyed the villa, though I am sorry that you had to deal with the Sahara rains during the week, and had some issues during your stay.
It's worth sharing here, for prospective clients : there are two things which we are certain that should one do, will ensure they're able to maximise enjoyment of the villa, and also rectify any ambiguities or issues that may arise when staying in a rental villa. One thing is to utilise the house information guide as a source of reference. Its content has been built up, refined and improved upon over years of rentals and with the help of feedback from hundreds of clients. It's a great source of info. And the second thing is not to hesitate in contacting us should any assistance be needed. Our priority is that every client gets the best out of their stay, and for this reason, in respect to the matter, we make the following comment at the very end of the reservation confirmation email : "should you notice anything that isn't working as it should or that something is missing, please let us know so that we're able to have the issue addressed as soon as possible. We do our utmost to ensure everything is as it should be, but with such a house - with so many parts and facilities - perfection is tricky, but with your feedback we can get closer. This also applies to any suggestions for improvement or additional items... all feedback is greatly welcome."

Perfect property
Publié le 25 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed a wonderful week’s stay at villa Can Bregat and cannot say enough good things about this incredible property. The villa itself is very spacious, clean and well-equipped. Everything you could need or want is supplied including “extras” such as a telescope and virtual reality headset. It is very inviting and feels like a proper home, with wonderfully stocked bookshelves (no need to bring reading material!), gorgeous paintings on the walls and a kitchen equipped to do some serious cooking. The pool is a good size and we paid to have it heated so it was the perfect temperature. The gardens and outside spaces are lovely and we spent a lot of time relaxing in and around the pool and on the patio areas. Another aspect of this property that we really appreciated is how peaceful it is. In the mornings, we sat outside and could hear only birdsong. You would not know that there are any other properties around yet it is conveniently located for towns such as Pollensa and Alcudia and for many sandy beaches. The roads around are very quiet and great for leisurely cycling. From the moment of booking, Craig, the owner, and the property management team were very attentive and communicative. We wished we could have stayed longer and hope to return in the future!
