We had a great experience here after having an awful experience at a previous hotel eurocalas Majorca! staff made us feel very welcome and happy to accommodate us with anything we needed, very family friendly hotel.

Hotellet har ett bra läge precis mellan Cala Millor och Sa Coma som gör att det känns bekvämt att ta sig till båda byarna och dess stränder till fots. Själva hotellet är väl underhållet, väldigt välstädat och har utmärkt service. Det enda som kunde varit bättre är badrummet vars toalett och dusch var ganska slitna.

We stayed at HM Mar Blau for 7 nights and it was an adventure. We really liked the overall stay but there is some space for improvement. We had an issue with the AC, however the lovely staff immediately started fixing it and the issue was resolved fast. We weren’t super lucky with our room since it was a bit old and on the ground floor with no view. But at the same time it was located conveniently. The pool area was clean and big. The Hotels parkinglot was located right next to the hotel and always had a lot of space. The breakfast quality could have been a bit better but there was a lot of variety and the live cooking of Omelettes and the fresh fruits were our highlights. We got the friendliest service at the check-in desk. They helped us fast and quick with the smallest questions we had and got great recommendations for spots to go out to. We definitely recommend a stay in HM Mar Blau, with the addition of hopefully having a room with a better view.

Trusting to high ratings on Expedia and after days of searching for the best place for anniversary celebration, booked his hotel for 3 nights. when we entered our room, the moldy smell was very strong. I an allergic to mold,and started investigating. So, the mold was on ceilings and conditioner grids. And we turned off the conditioner because the smell was coming from the conditioner. We opened windows,but there were no mosquito’s nets. So,we slept with mosquitoes, and i slept on the balcony due to severe allergy to mold.everything in the property is too old. The conditioner’s box did not even have turn on and of signs. We purchased half board meal(breakfast and dinner), but the food was disgusting. The only tasty food was ice cream. The only available dinner drinks for half board meal were water.the waiter was saying that to us with sarcasm that “the only water is included “ like shaming us.When I asked for hot tea, he sent me to the bar ( very unprofessional). After the awful dinner, my daughter was hungry and asked to cook for her. But when i started ,i did not find any pots,pans,skillets or even a kettle. Also,they do not have microwaves.The front desk told me that i have to come to them for it.but they did not have any kettles left. The electric stovetop did not have any signs due it’s age. I was trying to boil water for an hour,but it was not successful. The stovetop did not work properly. Mattress are not firm due to their old age. We could not even sleep on them

This was a fantastic apartment style hotel with an amazing quiet location, not far from the south end of the beach. We walked about 20-30 mins to the center of the beach and enjoyed the boardwalk with many shops, restaurants and cold drinks. I booked last minute with no time to review as we had a two day flight delay, but was amazed at the communication with helping us get a taxi and providing local information. The check in process was superior and staff were super friendly. We will book here again. I forgot to add the breakfast was great and bar/pool area was nice too. Barkeep was very friendly!
