1.Telephone entry system needs repair-door bell not working so later guests only let in my mobile alert and 1st guest going down to let them in.
2. Additional set of keys for 3 individual guests would have been helpful.
3. Bath mats & tea towel or clean dish washing cloth or wipes would be helpful for keeping kitchen clean.

Lovely place, great area!

What we really appreciated was the presence of enough toilet paper, dishwashing tablets and washing powder and all kind of spices. The kutschen was super well equipped !

Das gesamte Zentrum von Palma ist zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Perfekt for a Citytrip

Communication with the host was nice and friendly. So was check-in.
The apartment is located close to the major attractions of Palma, most of it in walking distance. Shops, bars and restaurants are in close proximity.
We enjoyed our stay and can recommend the appartment.

Fantastic apartment & location
Publié le 23 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayLoved our stay in Palma, Mayka's apartment is in a great location, close to restaurants, bars and the main shopping area. A short walk to the marina & cathedral. We had a great St.Patrick's night at The Shamrock bar,. Would highly recommend staying here for a fabulous weekend.

Smaller than expected
Publié le 18 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayIt’s a bit smaller than I expected, decorations are modern, but place itself could be better with a bit more effort. We had to go buy dish soap, napkins, toiletries, hand soap, toilet paper. Front door is a struggle to open because of the lock being very tricky.

Thanks for your opinion about the decoration. We try to improve it year by year.
I do think you are confused about what a short term renting flat is, and what is supposed to be provided by your whole stay.
When you arrived you had some soup, some napkins, some soap, some toilet paper ( of course) but you used it and you finished..
That´s not a hotel, where every day there is a cleaning process, and all the things you can use, are refilled.
As in your own home, what is finished, you have to replace it.
Surely for you it was your first time in this kind of accommodation and you didn´t know it.
I would have be pleased to explain it to you if you had asked i to me.
I have been renting for more than 11 years, and is obvious to me,,, but not for you.
On the other hand, you were showed to open the security lock we have in the flat, which it´s better and more secure than a normal lock, during the check-in process. I don´t know if you paid attention to it. Again , just a word and I would be there to assist you and explain it to you again, with pleasure.
