Lovely house
Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a lovely stay. The location was perfect and only a short walk to shops, restaurants and a supermarket.
The property had everything we needed - good kitchen supplies etc.
I really enjoyed the pool (although it was freezing!) and outside area. It's a quiet area and you barely hear any neighbours.
The bed linen and pillows could do with an update though, particularly given the price point of the property.

Great place with great location

Beautiful town house close to centre of Soller
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved Casa Jardin. Very stylish interior and garden with good space for chilling out (useful as we had three days of storms during our stay!). Great location being so close to the centre.

Publié le 17 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house is on an attractive, leafy, street, only a 5 minute amble to the main Plaça in the centre of town. Although close to town, it’s a quiet area, with few passers-by and barely any traffic. There is a convenience shop halfway between town and the house, so we were walking past it every day and it sold everything we needed for food etc.
Parking was a little tricky. We had to drive around the local streets looking for available spaces each time we returned home, but were usually able to find a space that was a few minutes walk away and cost around EU6 for 24 hours. Once we parked out of town on the road towards the Port, which was a 15 min walk back, but was free and we could leave the car there as long as we liked.
The garden is really special, it’s beautiful, peaceful, with plenty of seating areas and a very inviting pool.
The garden is overlooked, as others have said, and 3 properties have a full view right over the pool area. We did see glimpses of people in these properties each day, but it didn’t bother us, and we didn't feel uncomfortable.
The beds were very comfortable, we all slept downstairs in the ‘basement’. The clothes storage was generous and the interior of the whole house was conveniently arranged, tidy and jolly.
The air con worked well and we found the house cool and airy, only needing to turn it on for a couple of a hours in the evenings.
The host, Katja, was very friendly, welcoming, easy to reach and helped us with everything we needed.

Perfect Sóller Stay
Publié le 5 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayCasa Jardin was perfect for our stay in Sóller! The house was beautiful inside and even better outside. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. AC worked well, as did the washer and dryer. Outside the pool was beautiful and clean with so much space to relax and unwind. All the best places in Sóller were under a 10 minute walk away and the host was very responsive and accommodating. If you’re looking for a place a Sóller, look no further!

En uge i dejlige Sollér
Publié le 27 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayPerfekt beliggenhed i Sollér og et rigtig fint byhus med en fantastisk have med pool. Et rigtig fint åndehul i byen med ro og sjæl, men stadigvæk tæt på indkøb og bytorvet.
Modtagelse og gennemgang af hus sammen med Katja, fungerede rigtig godt og bar præg af god energi fra værten.
Vi var 5 voksne afsted og der var masser af plads til os i huset, med stor stue og 3 gode værelser.
Visse elementer i hus og have bar præg af slid og kunne med fordel opfriskes/udskiftes. Vi savnede også lidt køkkenredskaber, men generelt er det et anbefalelsesværdigt hus.

Great property in a good location

Publié le 10 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe garden and outdoor cooking area was the highlight. The lounge/reception area is spacious. Beds were comfortable but ground floor room cramped and some furniture rickety. The basement had a de-humidifier which was necessary, and it appeared recent bathroom works had not been completed. Nevertheless we had an enjoyable stay. Thank you.
