Comfortable stay good breakfast maid kept entering room without checking first and no Do Not Disturb sign in room. Staff pleasant and hotel in great location for airport/Palma buses plus others and main taxi rank.

Negatives: rooms barely cleaned and mould around the shower. The maid left the master key in our room TWICE and reception didn’t care, maid also left our door open while we were out for hours - reported to reception with zero apology! My mum had an electric shock from the hairdryer in the bathroom due to exposed wires. Safe did not work and when reported, reception advised they’d need to call maintenance and had no idea when they’d be out - they never ever showed. Apart from the young female working, bar service was lacking - slow and not the friendliest. Checked out and weren’t asked about our stay etc. room also had 1 bath towel which wasn’t ideal.
