A great stay!

Helpful and friendly staff made my experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible! A lady at reception helped organise my shuttle home which was really kind.
Food was fresh and tasty, not as many options as other all inclusive buffets I have had but the food was really nice. Good selection of all inclusive drinks. Some you do have to pay for.
Nice outdoor area with good sun coverage throughout the day.
My main criticism of the stay is the rooms aren’t soundproofed very well and you can hear neighbours TV, closing the heavy curtains and talking. The bed is a little uncomfy and the pillows are hard (but some people might like that)
Other than that the room had everything I could want and it was pleasant.
Would recommended this hotel if you are visiting Cala Millor.

Resident in Mallorca we had a 2 night stay and it was excellent. Friendly staff and clean comfortable room. Good choice of food and entertainment was a bonus.

Great Holiday

The hotel so looks after the guests in every way so can’t fault anything.

The hotel had a friendly staff and was clean. However the beds a very very firm to the point they’re uncomfortable, very thin walls (we could hear everything around us), also it had AC but it was very slow. I would not stay there again.

The mattresses are new and of very good quality but we understand that they don't like them all. This is why we have toppers to make the bed softer, on request at the reception. Of course we have take very good note of your commentaries.

Lovely stay at Hotel Bikini, Cala Millor
Posted Jul. 10, 2019 on HotelsThe staff could not have done more for us, we had some problems during our stay and they made 100% effort to help us and sort them out. The bedrooms were a decent size and we had a large balcony with 2 sun beds as well as table and chairs. There was a fridge in the room which was useful for keeping drinks chilled. The air con wasn’t very effective but we bought two small bedside fans and that made the room much more comfortable. There aren’t any real English television channels apart from news which was disappointing but overall, the staff made up for any small niggles with the room.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED ABOUT HAVING A FRIDGE IN THE ROOM, I HAD A SINGLE ROOM ON 2nd FLOOR.
MY ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE ONLY HAVING 1 KEY CARD, THEREFORE I COULD NOT LEAVE THE AIR CON ON WHEN OUT OF ROOM.
