Nice house, building sight next door
Publié le 4 nov. 2021 sur HomeAwayThe house is lovely. Erick & Toni were very quick to respond and help with requests. There were two bottles of water on arrival which was a nice gesture but no basics as salt, pepper etc.
Unfortunately the house next door was being totally renovated. Between machines and load musik from early morning until late night 7 days a week it was impossible to sit out side by the pool.
Because of this our friends left after one night. Erick kindly offered to repay the tourist tax for them. We spent little time at the house because of the noise. My opinion is that the house should not be rented out until the work next door is finished. Our holiday and our friends holiday were spoilt. Every day was stressful. Erick was polite and friendly all the way but should have given us a part refund as I suggested.

Thanks for your positive review about the house, we are happy that it met your expectations.
We're trying to improve our services constantly, so thank you so much for sharing your impressions about the basics as salt and pepper.
The owner is very sorry about these inconveniences, the neighbours didn't inform about the renovation works and we were in contact with them the whole time. It wasn't 7 days a week though.
