Really friendly staff in the old. It grand hotel. Nice bar and restaurant . Dog friendly with large area for dogs to run free. Large car park . 2 minutes walk from centre of Malton and on main bus route.

Friendly helpful staff food was lovely room was very clean with nice toiletries bed was comfy couldn't fault anything.

It was very very good, not just good. But excellent would have been too much of a statement.
Staff were really nice and helpful and they did not disappoint. Hotel itself was lovely; room was really good, the bathroom was quite noisy due to noise from kitchen extraction system below, but it wasn’t unbearable. Unfortunately there wasn’t much a view either, but once again not a game changer (room 22 for information). Hotel organisation could be a bit slicker in management but in general it was very good and I would happily stay again, maybe in a different room.
Well done to the whole staff team.
