I’m from Malvern and my house has been getting remodeled. To be charged $150 for a deposit is ridiculous when your rooms are already overpriced for the area. I stayed in a basic king size room and was charged the same amount as a hot tub room. I won’t be staying at this particular location again.

Nothing to complain about. Clean room. Some water damage on the ceiling of the bathroom, but not concerning. Good water pressure. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff. No issue.

They have a great luggage cart! It was easy on and off the highway…and we could walk to Walmart over a small creek which was a bit of a scenic touch! We would stay again if in the area, and appreciated that it was mostly pet-free (except for service animals).

Small Town hotel

1) clean,
2) room large,
3) staff very nice,
4) nice breakfast if one likes traditional Southern breakfast, full of fat!
Negative:
1) functionally obsolete room design;
2) not a suite;
3) not cooktop/silverware - again, not a suite;
4) fitness center in name only, just two or three cardio machines, no resistance equipment.
It is ok for a small non-descrept Arkansas city, but for one who has had better, it does not fit the bill. I would give it 3-stars.
