Great stay!
We had two families with four kids total and we loved this place! The view out the windows was just trees and golf course, which for our trip was covered in snow. We called it our snow globe! The spa was great and the garage fit our two small SUVs. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved this condo. We try to come to mammoth at least once a year in the summer, and we usually try to stay in the sierra star area. This condo was right on the course, and was great. Plenty of room for the family (6 of us) with room to spare. Very clean and well appointed. Garage fit both our cars with no problem. No complaints and we hope to stay here again in the future. Thanks!

Great Place and Location
6 of us stayed here for a weekend of golf and hanging out. The place was great (big, clean) and exactly what we needed. And close to the golf course which was a major plus. The only complaint was the check in process. I received multiple emails and not one of them had all the I formation I needed. I would have liked to have had the exact location and unit and door code all in one email, but instead I had to search through the emails to get what I needed. Other than the check in process everything was great.

Nice home for family vacation
Nice and clean home, and very close to the village. Plenty of space and perfect for our group of ten. We enjoyed our stay during spring break 2024 and had plenty of fun with the snow. Garage is a bit small/short and will not fit large suv or truck (surburban or F150 size).

Perfect Modern Cabin
Loved this townhouse, perfect location within walking distance to the village. I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals on ski trips and most of them are older, barely maintained homes. Not this one. New subdivision, modern appliances and decor, tons of space, a private hot tub, this one really can’t be beat. 10/10 will stay here again.

Nice Condo in Quiet Area of Mammoth
6 of us, wife and kids, stayed here and had a nice time. The condo is very nice, in a very quiet area and we enjoyed our stay. There is tons of room and it was very close to the Village, Grocery Store, etc. The private jacuzzi was a nice perk we enjoyed each evening. Beds are comfortable and the place is clean with the exception of the downstairs carpets and rugs which could use a good cleaning. The kitchen is easy to cook in, love the gas stove. I would give 4 1/2 Stars if we could. Only a few minor details prevent us from 5 Stars. If you have small kids, be warned that the kids room is downstairs and the Master Room is on the 3rd level. Also, the garage is very "short" meaning our suburban did not fit without parking at a very difficult angle. Other than that, this place was very nice and we would recommend it to other big families/groups.

You can't pick a better location than this one- right near the Village, Main Lodge, and everywhere you want to be. The property has plenty of space and the bathrooms are spacious and nice. The house has some ware- outlets that are busted and kitchen equipment that is run down. Lastly, the property could have been cleaner. There was a used bandaid on a dresser and the cabinets that were not clean. Overall, we loved the place. It was spacious and in a perfect location. Check in and out was also very easy.

Great home for a vacation with friends!
We loved this house for our group of 9. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was great for cooking meals. The hot tub was the icing on the cake after a long day on the mountain. If you don’t have a car, you’ll get your steps in for sure, as you’re about a 10 minute walk from either shuttle stop. All in all, we had an amazing stay at this home!

Super location
My group of friends visited Mammoth to mountain bike. The townhouse is .8 miles to the Villiage where the bus/bike shuttle picks up. Location was perfect! The house was very comfortable for 6 of us. We had 4 people that canceled and it would have felt crowded with 10. The garage was nice to store our bikes and gear. The hot tub was relaxing. We would stay here again.

First Mammoth Winter Trip
The rental was perfect for our 10 person family snow trip. Property Manager called the day of check in to inform us the spa wasn't working which was nice of them. We didn't plan on using anyways. Parking garage won't fit large vehicles so you'll have to use the two open spots in the covered lot. I couldn't find the uncovered lot, but they had record snow so I think it was used to pile the snow on.

Overall, the property was great, and was as described. There were some maintenance items that we reported, that will hopefully be addressed. Nothing major, just scheduled thermostat changes, and tub draining. We were there during a blizzard, where power went out. It would be helpful to have flashlights on the property, but they were very responsive, even after hours. I would recommend the property.

This house was perfect for 10 friends for a ski/snowboard weekend! Clean, fully equipped, and cozy. Close to the village and short drive to the mountain. Can walk 10-15 minutes to a shuttle stop. Will definitely come back!

Great updated townhouse.
Great for two families. Location is perfect, very close to Eagle Lodge and close to Canyon and the Village. Beautiful forest view with no one behind the unit. Safe for the kids to run about. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you could ask for. Kids loved the hot tub. We will definitely stay here again and especially if they update the televisions, complicated to say the least.
