Wonderful Location, Clean Home
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay at 11 Bear Court... which is just a short walk to the Village and the location for the Mammoth Bluesapalooza, which is why we were in town. This home felt very clean... nice selection of soaps in the bathrooms, the bedding was soft and smelled good - the women in our group made note of it. The microwave probably needs to be replaced, as it didn't cook very well, but that was just a small item. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this home to others!

We were welcomed by the nice thoughtful surprise gift.
We have been coming to Mammoth Lakes in Summer for over 10 years and stayed so many different places.
This was the first time we received such a nice welcome.
The house layout is very nice to give all of us some privacy if we need it.
We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Publié le 1 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our 2 nd time staying at this beautiful home. Two of the nights the fire/ carbon monoxide alarm went off at 3am. Fire department was called and was able to turn it off. This was caused by a dirty filter that had not been changed in 2 years. It affected 2 days of our vacation, I asked for compensation and was refunded $260.00, not what I was expecting. When you save for a vacation and have it interrupted for 2 nights you expect equal compensation. I advised the host of additional areas that needed cleaned, no response.

We really appreciate you trusting our home for your vacation.
SECOND AND AS IMPORTANT, The house is a secured home.
We have all the proper sensors and alarm properly set up. I wanted to express this and ensure you or anyone else reading your feedback are totally reassured.
As expressed during our communications we are very sorry that you were disturbed by the faulty sensors.
As we all learned. this had nothing to do with filers. We do get a lot of dust in mammoth.
This had to do with the fact the original builder sensors (who are discontinued) decided to act up while you were staying.
AS mentioned earlier....additional and more reliable sensors are installed throughout the home and as the fire dept pointed out...there was never any danger...
Yes I again apologize for the disturbance...nothing we could have anticipated.
I believe refunding you a night stay was applicable and you were ok with it. If you fet it was not adequate I wish you would have given me the opportunity to remedy further. You mentioned you all had a great time and enjoyed yourselves,
Never the less. I do hope you did enjoy your time in Mammoth and our home,.
I understand you have other choices and will enjoy some one else home during your next stay in the Mountain.

Perfect family getaway

Absolutely amazing cozy home
Publié le 18 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe came up to Mammoth to celebrate my brothers birthday and Fathers Day and let me tell you, this trip was one of the best we’ve taken up in Mammoth. This home is so clean, so cozy our family fit perfectly here. Anne was absolutely amazing with communicating with us from start of booking to checking out. My family definitely wants to book again with Anne. We give this home a 10 out of 10! Can’t wait to come back! Thanks, Anne for making us feel at home!
