Nice accommodations. Convenient location. Could use some spiffing up, but still nice. Can’t imagine staying there in the middle of summer without air conditioning, but temp was just fine this time of year

Hi John, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. Most houses in Mammoth Lakes do not have A/C as only a week or two we have warm nights. We do have 2 industrial and 4 tower fans in the house for guests if needed. I would recommend staying at a hotel if A/C is a must but then it will not come with a large well stocked kitchen and living room with awesome view of meadow and mountain to entertain.

Mammoth family trip

The house was very comfortable and well accommodated, anything you could possibly need was there. Few issues with the windows not being able to close, but the owners were very responsive and communicative, and I would certainly come again. The pool table was a hit with my family and the location was great not far from downtown Mammoth Village

We had a great time but a little disappointed in the fact that we were not able to access the upstairs patio. we had 2 little ones and keeping them inside was a challenge. Hopefully the patio will be rebuilt so we can enjoy next season. The thermostat kicked on only in the afternoon and it was too hot. They need to turn it way down. 70 degrees too hot. Glassware was lacking. silverware not enough to go around and we found only 2 teaspoons. Not enough dish towels or bath towels. we had to use the bathroom hand towels for the kitchen. all in all, good time and the property manager Gena was amazing!

Hi Gary, glad you had a great time staying at our property. We have a huge backyard with open space and a perfect hillside for sledding. Sorry the kitchen patio was temporary not accessible due to maintenance. The temperature of the house is completely adjustable through the thermostats. The cleaning crew provides enough towels at least for a group of 10 and there are extra stored under the bathroom sinks. Please reach out to us if you need additional towels in the future. We will check on the kitchen glassware and silverware and restock accordingly.

Amazing Views

Loved this stay here. The property is almost brand new and the backyard is gorgeous. Will be staying here again.

Overall great house with plenty of shared space and amazing views and fantastic location. All rooms with enough space minus the small futon room which we found difficult to use for sleep.

Great for a family or friend group!

The house was perfect for a group. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The grand room with the kitchen and living room was a perfect place for everyone to gather!! The mountain views from the dining room were breathtaking, too. Will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect Place for a family reunion

We had a wonderful stay here with our extended family of 11, ages 65-3. Plenty of room for everyone, very well stocked kitchen and an amazing view. The pool table was in constant use. The property manager replied quickly to all our questions and needs. Can't wait to go back.

This was our second time staying at this house. It was perfect for our needs. Plenty of beds and very large open kitchen/living area for group hang outs
