À éviter! L’état des lieux est pitoyable.
Tout est vieux, usée et détérioré.
Odeur d’humidité très forte.
Quantité anormale de mouches dans la chambre.
Et de plus, un train passe presque à chaque heure tout près.

Refrigerator did work, too bunks had no mattresses, spider webs everywhere, super dirty.

This was a 2 Queen bed room. The bunks were removed because we have some guests who don't like bunks over them, so we removed, not just the mattresses, but the boards as well. This was explained to the guest and they did not indicate that they wanted a different cabin. I have a hard time believing spider webs and dirt because this cabin was just rented by another couple for a week (and they wanted to stay over, but couldn't due to Brandon's reservation). Housekeeping cleaned the cabin right before he checked in. The guests who checked out the day he checked in had no problems.

Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed your stay! We are upgrading and adding amenities as quickly as we can too, so make sure to check to see if we have anything new for your next stay. We extended our trail to fishing access last week, put in a dog park yesterday, and have purchased a hot tub, but it hasn't been delivered yet.

This stay is my absolute favorite to stay when i visit mammoth springs always clean people are kind.

Could not contact anyone about check in. Refrigerator did not work. No paper towels, one roll of toilet paper, no iron, did not receive Wi-Fi password. Very noisy.

Rose sorry about you stay not being pleasant. Our housekeeper tries to do her best as she just came back from medical leave and may have forgotten some things. Hopefully you next visit thru you will give us another chance as we are trying to always update our cabins to make all guest expectations.

The cabin we stayed in was really nice, but the light in the bathroom made a weird noise and the refrigerator didn’t really stay cold. Other than that everything was perfect.

No hot water
