Publié le 28 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis home was absolutely wonderful! It was centrally located and had all the amenities we could ask for. Great kitchen to cook our meals in with a family, the pool was a perfect place to cool off and have have a drink The bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. The house keeper was and angel and the house manager was externally helpful kind and caring and went above and beyond. We are already planing our trip back for next year.

We enjoyed our stay, the house is beautiful.

Great Place, Bad owner
Publié le 6 avr. 2020 sur HomeAwayI love Granada and have been many times. The location was great. But communication problems with the owner, and other issues ruined it. I booked a home that slept 15 for 6 people, and there was charged a chunk of cash for extra guest. When I objected before reserving it, the lady said it was beyond her control and would return half of it when I got there. She refused to do so, and kept it. She sent me a number to contact the house manager, but it was blocked by the web site and she didnt respond when I asked he to get me a number. The water was shut off one day, and it took several hours to get it back on with no communication. They have a chair that was broken in the past. When we moved it, the arm came off and they wanted to keep part of my deposit to pay for the damages. It felt like a set up. I wonder how many guests paid for the same damage. I will travel to Granada again and rent from VRBO. But NEVER form this owner again. Avoid.

Sometime the communication just does not work! This is a person who has gone through 2 bookings, first with 6 adults from march 5th to 9th and then from march 5th to 8th, has been sending tons of messages instead of liaising with the home manager present locally, cannot bear that the water has been cut for a couple of hours, making a scandal because a chair had a broken arm and it was not detected before the arrival. These people should stay home, they are unable to deal peacefully and in confidence!

We missed seeing Nicaragua, but the owner of the property is great!

They were extremely helpful and honest with us about the situation in their country. We cannot wait to visit this wonderful country, and we will definitely rent from this property owner again. Thank you for your amazing kindness and honesty. We hope to rent from you again soon!

Great location
Publié le 16 mars 2018 sur HomeAwayWe were a family of 10 (ages 10 - 75) staying at Casa Grand Sultana for 4 days. It was spacious and accomodated our large group easily. Great location - a short walk from the central square, restaurants etc. A lovely property in a beautiful town.
