Not what we were expecting...
Publié le 10 avr. 2018 sur ExpediaThe location is great and the building could be totally CHARMING if there was more effort, cleanliness, and thought put into it.
Our pillows did not even have pillowcases on them, there were stains on the bed sheets and they smelled like mold, our room was super hot and small, and the shower was moldy and not clean. The staff was friendly enough though.
I can definitely handle rough hostels etc, but this was advertised very differently and we were at the point in our trip when we wanted to feel clean and comfortable where we were staying. For the price and the lack of cleanliness and comfort, I would skip this place if you're thinking about it!

Reservation was not honored
Publié le 1 avr. 2018 sur ExpediaI booked this hotel during Easter holiday so I made the reservation 3 weeks in advance. However, when I arrived they said the hotel was full. I was there for 2 hours trying to get things sorted, but both the hotel staff and the Expedia team were dismissive. As a female traveling alone I pay careful attention to where I stay and my budget so I was thoroughly disappointed with how i was treated and largely inconvenienced. I would not recommend the hotel as I believe they thoughtlessly sold my reserved room without consideration. On such short notice, the only available room in the town was more than 2x the price I was prepared to pay. AWFUL EXPERIENCE

La habitación no fué lo que esperaba, el aire acondicionado no funcionó durante dos días y había un ruido de una construcción al lado a altas horas de la noche, aparte que no contaba con agua caliente y el ultimo día no hubo agua cuando lo necesité aparte las almohadas eran de muy mala calidad.

Ottima sistemazione di medio livello nel centro di Granada.
Personale cortese e competente. Prima colazione nicaragüense ottima anche se inusuale per gli europei. Provate il gallo pinto lo consiglio.

Backpacker Hotel
Publié le 22 janv. 2018 sur ExpediaOkay for a 1 or 2 night stay if you are on a budget. Rooms are very old and basic with poor water pressure. Can be very noisy at night as the hotel is situated on the main drag that has lots of restaurants and street vendors. The included breakfast was good but did not try other meals.

Publié le 17 nov. 2017 sur ExpediaOther people had mentioned that there was a lot of noise. I did not experience this at all. Location is right in the heart of the main part of town. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good in a nice garden eating area. The only problem I had was with the hot water. Guess it got a bit warm. In the sink, it gave you a shock when you touched the fixture and the water itself. Its like, run some electricity through the water and that is what was supposed to heat it? Weird.

Zustand des Zimmers sehr fragwürdig
Publié le 14 nov. 2017 sur HotelsDie Lage des Hotels ist top und das Frühstück war gut. Der Zustand des Zimmers läßt dagegen zu wünschen übrig. Das Bett war durchgelegen, der Schrank klemmte, die Bettwäsche machte einen schlechten Eindruck und das Bad bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung.
