I usually go to Nicaragua to visit my friends there so everytime I go my friends go and visit me at the hotel for a couple of hours, so there was a receptionist thursday morning which is not so professional she listens to her music so loud, so she made me feel so uncomfortable and so ashamed when my two friends (women) took me to the hotel after taking me to different places helping me to fix some stuff with immigration they were so kind to take me everywhere and help so I told them to go to my hotel stay there for a bit so we can later go somewhere and drink something, those girls were my best friends from Nicaragua so when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist denied access to them to my room, saying it was prohibited to bring guests inside of my room, I must mention that I pay for two people for my room so if I wanted one of them could stay with me, even though when I first did check in I asked do I have to register my guests as I always do at the Marriott, Sheraton or any other normal hotel I stay. But she said no, so she denied access to my friends even though they were not going to sleep there we were going to be there for for a little bit so I felt so ashamed with my friends there that we had to leave, that receptionist is not any friendly she never smiles she never says good morning or anything as the other receptionist that work there do. At no hotel I had felt so ashamed as I felt at this hotel I travel to Nicaragua every month but I'm not returning to this hote
