el citio y amenidades tal cual estan bien. lo inconveniente es q la atencion es algo indeseable tantos meseros y ningunos atiendan a uno. la cajera esta lenta con un huesped y cuidado si tiene fila. deberian cambiar musica y mantener musica alegre porq la piscina si esta buena

We got there and the room was so small. No space for luggage. The door did not close properly. Lots of openings for bugs. Looks nothing like picture. We had to go somewhere else loosing our money!

Good for overnight stay
We were staying overnight as next day were catching Tica bus over to Costa Rica. Tica bus terminal is within the walking distance. Also close to a few food options. Good for overnight stay.

Bathroom stunk. Pool was always packed with “day pass people” that go there just to use the pool and bar. So there was no table nor space in pool for hotel guest. Towels were very old and not replaced until requested. The waiters were there only for the pool or the reception hall. The restaurant have a very limited menu, but hotel prohibit that guest have any food delivered or brought in. Not all the drinks offered in the menu are really there, not even if you previously requested them. The pool and rooms that are across the street has no way to get any service whatsoever. If you need a drink or food you have to cross the street and order it at the bar because like I said before there is no waiters for the eating tables. And guest have to make sure have something to drink before 10:00 pm because after that there is no way you can’t get anything to drink at all. No vending machines. So good luck.

I like the security staff on the street and the extra space they have in from but one night I came very late and they lock the gate and the security was sleep and I have to stay out the hotel until 5 am that was Thursday 5 of December also I asked two times for towels the lady at from did not help and they are very rude with the customer service and the eating tables not always clean breakfast area has flys no quiet good
