I have stayed at this property on a few occasions. It’s a lovely place and conveniently located. I was, however, disappointed that they weren’t willing to refund or give credit for a night missed because of a delayed flight. I called the day of the reservation around 5 pm to let them know we wouldn’t be arriving that night and was told that they were full and it was too late in the evening to cancel. The reasoning was strange, if you’re full why would canceling be an issue?

It was excellent. The staff went above and beyond. This will be my go to place from now on. The kitchen staff was excellent. My room was always clean.

Enjoyed the stay. Clean rooms . Staff very friendly .
The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is be sure the variety of food options and the fact there is no lunch available . Everything else was superb
