Extremely bad hotel. I made a reservation for this property for a night when i was visiting manali. While having dinner at night at 9 pm, I received a call from someone at the hotel saying that the room is unavailable due to “manager error”. He said he will find me a room at a closeby hotel. I was outraged at this level of unprofessional service from a hotel that supposedly has good review. I told him that i don’t need his help finding a room at a different hotel. I booked a hotel after going through reviews and i was not going to have this staff member decide where i was staying for the night. My guess is that they found a walk in customer at a higher rate than mine and cancelled my reservation. I was left with finding a hotel to stay at 10pm at night . This experience ruined my whole trip. Please stay away from this hotel.
