Dirty room, bad staff behaviour, food was good. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Three Star only on the surface.

Path to the new building was filthy. The ground floor bathroom in the new building was absolutely horrible.The balcony of one of the rooms was near the kitchen exhaust. Quite terrible, really.

Emplacement : location is good especially Hadimba temple
its good. can be used second time. nice whether and good behaviour of hotel staff.

Excellent hotel for couples

Friendly and Cosy Environment

Pour : Very courteous and friendly staff who would walk up to you to offer you tips about getting around! Delicious food - overall a good family destination.
Contre : Rooms need renovation - the condition of the furniture is worn out. The bath tub had cracks. The linen needs to be changed completely.
Emplacement : The location is about 1.5 kms from the Mall Road - not very centrally located. Nearby you have the Hidimba temple and the Clubhouse
Tucked some distance away from the Mall Road, this is a nice hotel with some very warm and friendly staff members who take good care of you. Do not expect luxurious exterior and interiors, however, the hotel offers the basic facilities and amenities that one would expect to make the stay comfortable. The rooms also have a good view of the scenic beauty around. The rooms and the hotel obviously need a face lift but are still a good bargain at the price that you pay for it. Overall comfortable stay and very happy with the food and the friendliness of staff.

Wouldn't book this hotel again.
Publié le 21 mai 2015 sur ExpediaI stayed in this hotel with my husband for two nights in May and the hotel service was poor overall for the price that they charged us for two nights. The food was horrible and the room was very dusty and uncomfortable and to top it all the bed was round shaped making it difficult to sleep on the bed for two people. The waiters were stubborn and the room service didn't change the bath towels for us and only after speaking to management they changed it. Finally when we were about to leave, the waiter stubbornly stood and asked for tips.
Overall we had negative experience at this hotel and wouldn't recommend this hotel for the price that they charged us.
